Measurement Examples (2 mL Mix)
Add 2.0 mL bacteriostatic water to the 20 mg vial.
U-100 math at 10 mg/mL total: 1 unit = 0.01 mL ≈ 100 mcg total blend ≈ 50 mcg BPC-157 + 50 mcg TB-500.

Vial planning at the 0.5 mg/day example: one 20 mg vial ≈ two cycles (40 × 0.5 mg = 20 mg). At 1.0 mg/day (10 units), one vial ≈ one cycle.
Mix Steps
Same technique as the 10 mg page — only the label on the vial changes:
- Wipe stoppers; draw 2.0 mL bacteriostatic water.
- Introduce along the glass wall; swirl gently (do not shake).
- Refrigerate at 2–8 °C, protected from light; use within about 3–4 weeks.
Research Cycle Pattern
Unchanged from the 10 mg blend page: 5 on / 2 off, 20 measurements per ~1 month cycle, up to 3 consecutive cycles, then a 2 month pause. Use this page for unit conversion when you are on the 20 mg vial.
How This Works
Same 1:1 BPC-157 / TB-500 blend chemistry as the 10 mg vial — twice the peptide mass, same ratio in every draw. Choose 20 mg when you want fewer vial changes across multi-cycle blocks.
Storage and Handling
Identical to the 10 mg blend: refrigerate after mixing at 2–8 °C, protect from light, do not freeze reconstituted solution, discard if cloudy.
