Research Overview

This page covers the 20 mg blend vial: BPC-157 10 mg + TB-500 10 mg in one lyophilized vial (1:1). It uses the same 2 mL standard mix and the same 5-on / 2-off cycle as the 10 mg blend research reference — only the unit math is denser.

Parameter 20 mg blend (vs 10 mg)
Vial contents BPC-157 10 mg + TB-500 10 mg (20 mg total)
Standard mix 2.0 mL bacteriostatic water (same as 10 mg)
Final concentration 10 mg/mL total (5 mg/mL each) — the 10 mg vial
Easy reference 5 units = 0.5 mg total blend (0.25 mg + 0.25 mg)
Parity with 10 mg page 5 units here = 10 units on the 10 mg vial
Cycle pattern Same: 5 days on / 2 off · 20 measurements · up to 3 cycles · 2 month pause
Timing / area Evening prep (≥2 hours after last meal) · abdomen

Measurement Examples (2 mL Mix)

Add 2.0 mL bacteriostatic water to the 20 mg vial.

U-100 math at 10 mg/mL total: 1 unit = 0.01 mL ≈ 100 mcg total blend ≈ 50 mcg BPC-157 + 50 mcg TB-500.

Units Total blend BPC-157 TB-500 Same total as 10 mg vial
5 units 0.5 mg 0.25 mg 0.25 mg = 10 units on 10 mg
10 units 1.0 mg 0.5 mg 0.5 mg = 20 units on 10 mg
20 units 2.0 mg 1.0 mg 1.0 mg

Vial planning at the 0.5 mg/day example: one 20 mg vial ≈ two cycles (40 × 0.5 mg = 20 mg). At 1.0 mg/day (10 units), one vial ≈ one cycle.

Mix Steps

Same technique as the 10 mg page — only the label on the vial changes:

  1. Wipe stoppers; draw 2.0 mL bacteriostatic water.
  2. Introduce along the glass wall; swirl gently (do not shake).
  3. Refrigerate at 2–8 °C, protected from light; use within about 3–4 weeks.

Research Cycle Pattern

Unchanged from the 10 mg blend page: 5 on / 2 off, 20 measurements per ~1 month cycle, up to 3 consecutive cycles, then a 2 month pause. Use this page for unit conversion when you are on the 20 mg vial.

How This Works

Same 1:1 BPC-157 / TB-500 blend chemistry as the 10 mg vial — twice the peptide mass, same ratio in every draw. Choose 20 mg when you want fewer vial changes across multi-cycle blocks.

Storage and Handling

Identical to the 10 mg blend: refrigerate after mixing at 2–8 °C, protect from light, do not freeze reconstituted solution, discard if cloudy.

CoreVials Standard Mix

BPC-157 + TB-500 20mg blend is 10 mg of each peptide in one vial. CoreVials standard mix uses 2 mL BAC → 10 mg/mL total. 5 units = 0.5 mg total — same as 10 units on the 10 mg vial.

For a 20mg vial Add 2 mL (200 units) BAC Water
Final concentration 10 mg/mL total (5 mg/mL each)

After mixing (U-100 syringe reference)

  • 5 units=0.5 mg total
  • 10 units=1.0 mg total
  • 20 units=2.0 mg total

These are example measurement calculations only. They are not dosing, administration, medical, or veterinary guidance.

Unit Math Reference (2 mL Mix)

Units Total blend Approx BPC-157 + TB-500
5 units 0.05 mL 0.25 mg + 0.25 mg
10 units 0.10 mL 0.5 mg + 0.5 mg
20 units 0.20 mL 1.0 mg + 1.0 mg

Measurement reference for U-100 syringes only. Not dosing, administration, medical, or veterinary guidance.

Other Mix Options
